Our mobile apps were retired in March of 2022 after the launch of our new website and are no longer available. Our new system allows our members to use a unique RSS feed in any podcasting app of their choice.

The short answer is no.

Our system tracks usage for your RSS feed and multiple hits from different devices and IP addresses will trigger a security alert for us and your feed may be blocked.

However, if you share it with your spouse or someone in the same household as you, you should be ok, but we cannot guarantee you won't be blocked.

The Free MU Podcast feed is limited to 20 items, while the MU Podcast Plus+ feed is limited to 30 items. These limits are there to keep the RSS feed file sizes fast and manageable.

If you’re an MU Plus+ subscriber you can access past ‘Season RSS Feeds’ from your Dashboard.

The original music has been removed from the back catalogue for copyright reasons.

All MU episodes fall into a selected season. In the middle and the end of a season the hosts and producers of the show will take a scheduled break. These breaks will be pre-announced in the show.

Season lengths will be around 24 episodes but is subject to change. All of our Plus+ members will be notified of any major changes/disruptions or announcements via podcast announcements. Additionally you can view updates by following the official Mysterious Universe twitter feed @mysteriousuniv

If you managed to subscribe more than once please contact us via [email protected] or on our contact page. Please understand that we do not monitor for duplicate subscriptions as some customers created secondary accounts for friends and family. As we cannot view your information for privacy and security reasons it is the subscribers responsibility to review their bank statements and PayPal account regularly and to contacts us as soon as they can if they find an irregularity.

We can only refund for up to 180 days and cannot refund PayPal fees.

Absolutely! Simply log into your account, go to your dashboard and click "Subscriptions".

Paypal may cancel your subscription for many reasons. Some of these include: your main credit card may have expired on your account or your bank details may have changed. If this is the case, please add a new credit card or fix your banking details via the Paypal website and resubscribe to Mysterious Universe. Unfortunately we are not provided with this information by Paypal so we are not able to assist with the more sensitive aspects of your Paypal account. However, you can access all of this information yourself by heading to your Paypal profile.

Plus+ Subscriptions We have a Money Back Guarantee if you cancel your subscription within 7 days of signing up. If you are not satisfied with your Plus+ Membership we will give you your money back minus payment processor fees, here's what you need to do:

  • Cancel Your Subscription
  • Get your payment receipt number, the email addressed you used and the date of purchase;
  • Send a Support Ticket including this information as well as your member name, full name and postal address to our Support Desk ([email protected])

And we'll issue a refund minus payment processor fees within 7 working days of receipt of your request.

MU Store Purchases If you receive a product that is defective or faulty we will replace the item. This applies to both digital and physical items. If you make a digital purchase by mistake and have not downloaded the content we will issue you with a refund. All digital purchases that have been downloaded are not eligible for a refund.
